1. Limited usage granted:
   PMDStyles grants you a non-exclusive license to use one copy of this template on your host/website.
   The output of one copy of the template can be used solely on the website on which the copy is installed.
   You can make one copy of the template in machine-readable form for backup purposes only.
   You can modify the template for your personal use only and to the extend that all copyright notice and license reference are kept unchanged. You cannot disable any licensing or control features of the template except as an intended part of the template's programming features. Please, acknowledge that PMDStyles may not be able to provide support or future upgrades if you make modifications to the html code of the template.
   
   This license is not transferable to any other website or other company, entity, or individual without PMDStyles written permission.
   
   
2. Modifications:
   You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modifications as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header or footer. Please read the FAQ section regarding this if you have further questions. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.
   
   
3. Unauthorized use:
   You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from PMDStyles. Please contact us if you require more clarification.
   
   
4. Updates:
   All templates are always designed for the latest version of phpMyDirectory, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of phpMyDirectory. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.
   
   
5. Delivery:
   After we have succesfully received your payment, your information will be emailed to the email adress you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within few seconds. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website.
   
   
6. Assignability:
   You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from PMDStyles.
   
   
7. Ownership:
   You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of PMDStyles. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
   
   
8. Use of Content:
   You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.
   
   
9. Refund policy:
   Since PMDStyles is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon making a purchase at our site.
   
   
10. Warranty:
    PMDStyles does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that PMDStyles templates will work with all browser combinations.
    
    
11. Support:
    PMDStyles offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of phpMyDirectory etc.
